Tomb Sweeping Day
Tomb-sweeping Day is a day to remember our ancestors. On this day we will make some seasonal food to commemorate them. The green rice balls is the food of spring. The green rice balss is made from glutinous rice powder mixed with pounded mugwort or wormwood - an edible wild herb thought to prevent toxic insect bites. It is traditionally stuffed with red bean paste, black sesame paste, or dried meat floss.
